We currently have a sales point at Arun Thapa Chowk, Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur.
You can also find our products at sastodeal.com and Klothus.com.
Our Factory Outlet at Jhamsikhel is open from 12:00-18:00 on Sunday-Friday. We are open from 14:00-18:00 on Saturdays.
Delivery within Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur will be made within 1 to 2 working days since we received your order.
Delivery within Nepal outside Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur will be made within four working days since we received your order.
All international deliveries will be made within ten working days since we received your order.
During holidays and when running sales and discount schemes, the timing may vary, but we will inform you beforehand.

For international deliveries, we use the services of an external delivery service so charges will depend on the listing of said external service.

You have six months warranty on the stitching and sole of the shoes.
To use the warranty, the product must be clean and in perfect condition. If the product does not meet these requirements, the right to the warranty will be forfeited
Our shop is now open. It will not be necessary to make an appointment, but, for greater convenience, you can place your order online if you would like to avoid crowds.
Returns and Exchanges
We will comply with our returns policy provided that the product has not been used.
In case you received a defective product
In order to evaluate if a product is defective, we will require you to send us a request alongside pictures of the defect. Once we have the information, we will contact you with a solution.

How to send my exchange or return
Once we have approved your change/return, please pack the product in the original packaging alongside the receipt that confirms the initial purchase.
You will have the option to pick up at home or leave it at an agreed collection point.
Refunds will be made in the same way you paid for the product. We will usually process your refund within 14 working days from the initial order.
Safety Procedures during COVID-19
We have limited the number of people in our warehouse and factories to reduce risks and comply with the safety measures as directed by health authorities. In addition, we use protection and hygiene material to carry out your work in the safest possible manner.
Our shipping companies are equipped with gloves and masks for deliveries and have sanitizer in each vehicle. At the time of Delivery, the recommended safety distance will be respected.
