Return Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns

Any product purchased can be exchanged within 30 days from the initial purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days; if the time has passed, then, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original Dochaa packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. If the return is requested after 30 days of the initial purchase, a partial refund will be granted only if the product is unused.

Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or torn for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or refunded. 

Refunds (If applicable)

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within 14 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund within 14 working days, please recheck your bank account. Next, check with your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

We may refund only regular priced items; unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items.

Exchanges (If applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, either due to a defect, damage, or difference in size, contact us at info@dochaa.com or via our Instagram. 

Shipping

To return your product, contact us at info@dochaa.com or via our Instagram.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of refund shipping from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
